How do I cancel my membership?

Upon login simply select the “My Account” menu option from the top menu. Next click “My Order History”. Next locate the most recent order and click “View”. There you will find the option to cancel.

How do I get my money back if I don’t pass my oral?

The refund process is simple: Send an email to saying you did not pass your oral and need to process a refund. You MUST include proof of failure.

Can I attend an in-person course or simulator event?
